Munwha Broadcasting Corporation (MBC)

One of South Korea’s four major television and radio networks, MBC is the prototype for MBS, the media network where the four major characters are employed. Munhwa is the Korean word for "culture." Its flagship terrestrial television station is channel 7 for VHF in Seoul, Cable TV channel 25.

MBC’s facilities provided the filming locations for the fictional MBS (See All-About-AAE: Filming Locations for locations) and the MBC logo appears (inadvertently?) in several of the scenes. (See All-About-AAE: Filming Goofs for scenes)

MBC Radio broadcasts on two FM frequencies: 91.9 and 95.9. These are the same FM radio frequencies used for MBS Radio in AAE. (See More about AAE)

In 2007, MBC opened new corporate and production facilities in Ilsan, but the facilities where All About Eve was filmed are still in use. For more about MBC, go to www.imbc.com
